FORMAL WEDDING – Canapés followed by Three Courses

Duck & Orange Rillette en croute
Mushroom & Thyme Arancini

Entrée (alternate serve)
Thai Chicken Salad with Asian herbs and nam jim dressing
Sundried Tomato, Fetta and Basil Tart (V)

Main Course (alternate serve)
Pan-Seared Salmon seasoned with lemon and dill. Served with crispy skin.
Rolled Pork Shoulder stuffed with apple, pine nuts and sage. Served with an apple relish.

Blanched Broccolini with almonds
Fennel, Apple & Radish Slaw with a tangy lime dressing

Dessert (alternate serve)
Chocolate Mousse with hazelnut praline. Served in a jar

LADIES LUNCH – Light and Delicious
Canapé on Arrival
Scallop & Chorizo with salsa verde

Main Course (same for all)
Oven-Roasted Chicken Maryland with a lemon and thyme butter.

COCKTAIL PARTY – Tasty Canapés
Grilled Prawn with an Asian dipping sauce (GF)

Homemade Sausage Rolls with tomato relish
Mini Cheese & Onion Tarts (V)
Smoked Salmon on a Dill Scone with Horseradish Cream
Chicken, Parsley & Lemon Mayonnaise Finger Sandwiches
Mini Burgers with cheese, tomato sauce and homemade pickles
Lamb Cutlets with a lemon mint dressing (GF)

Mini Chicken & Tarragon Pies
Sundried Tomato & Parmesan Palmier (V)
Jamon Wrapped Asparagus with bocconcini and lemon mayo

Entrée – Shared Antipasto
Served on wooden Byng Street Boards with a selection of delicious produce including Pork Terrine, Salmon Gravlax, Olives, Roasted & Pickled Vegetables, Sonoma Sourdough plus other tasty goodness!

Main Course – Served to the table on beautiful hand-crafted platters, for sharing. Guests serve themselves, along with big bowls of veggies and salads. It’s a great conversation starter for guests as well!
6 Hour Braised Shoulder of Lamb with verjuice, rosemary and garlic. Served with mint jelly.
Locally Grown, Grass-Fed Hereford Red Beef Brisket braised in red wine with garlic and thyme.
